Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made and personalised items may require additional time.

We offer the following delivery options within Australia:

Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Same-Day Delivery (selected areas): Orders placed before 12:00 pm local time; additional fee applies

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Same-Day Delivery incurs an additional fee of AUD $28 (up to 15 km).

Currently, we ship only within Australia.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
