Please note: Custom-made and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@giftily.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
